Product Selection You are welcome to peruse any part of the Tea Catalog to compare teas. The first page of the Tea Catalog is designed to give you a broad description of each of the different categories of tea, (e.g., black tea, oolong, green tea, mate, and tisanes). To select a tea from any of the categories simply click on the red paragraph titles (e.g., Browse Black Tea) , or click on the list of teas at the top of any of the tea pages. That will take you directly to the full selection of that category. From there, choose your tea by clicking on the picture, the name of the tea, or the shopping cart beside the tea. That click will take you to a screen where you decide on the amount and packaging of the tea of your choice Back to Top
Checkout Checkout begins from within the shopping cart when you click on From there, you will see a confirmation of the product(s) you have selected and a couple brief forms to fill out for contact and billing information. Notice that the checkout page is a secure area of the web site; all information transmitted to our servers is encrypted. Credit Card Processing
This first step of the credit card processing is verification of the card. Nothing further happens until your order is actually shipped. In other words, you are not charged until your order is on its way to you. That means if you make a mistake in the order, just contact as. Shipping
For shipping we use FedEx Ground. Orders up to $74.99 are charged a low $4.95 shipping fee. Orders totaling $75.00 or more are shipped for free within the contiguous United States . In addition to the confirmation e-mail you initially receive when you place the order with us, you will receive an e-mail from FedEx when the order is received at their office.
